By Wallingford Pub... - Posted on 02 August 2012

Tuesday, August 14th at 2:00 p.m. in the Community Room

Get started researching your family tree with professional and forensic genealogist Sylvia Guerin. Mrs. Guerin will explain how to use and search for birth, marriage and death records, census records, and obituaries. Forms, charts, and a list of library resources will be provided to participants. An introduction to the databases Ancestry.com and FamilySearch.com will be featured. The Ancestry.com database is available for the public to use at no charge on the library’s public access computers. Novice genealogists are encouraged to attend.
